I have been using this company the last 4 times I needed the windows cleaned at our 65K sqr.ft office building. I schedule them a month in advance and make sure they understand the scope of the job. Tell them to start early to avoid the Phoenix heat and finish the day inside in the AC.. Well the last two times the finish the outside by 1030 am and leave, saying the job is too big for a 2 man crew... no call from the office or any supervisor explaining or scheduling a return visit.
I have to say the first two times they did a great job but I don't have the time to recall contractors that can't complete their job..
Too Bad..
