This was the first time I ever used Common Sense Inspections. I had them come out to do a mold inspection for me. Their workers were very polite and courteous. They showed up in a timely fashion. They took the time to fully explain to me what they were doing, and what they were looking for. They all seemed extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Luckily, they did not find anything, but this was more for my own peace of mind, than for any definite signs of mold. So from that aspect, the results were good. The only reason why I am giving them four stars instead of five stars, is that I thought they were just a little too expensive.
