I wasn't pleased with Common Sense Inspections because the technician never talked about the price of the work or what he was doing, and then after the job was finished, he left me with a huge bill. The technician was nice and knew what he was doing, but I feel I didn't have the option to hire him. I thought he was coming to give me an estimate and then I would decide whether or not to have the work done.
