My experience with Common Sense Inspections was pretty good, definitely. The man who came out was efficient and courteous and I was very appreciative hos how far out he came to do my inspection. I know he was busy, and I appreciated him fitting me in. He did a good job explaining things and identified several other things that had been missed. It was a satisfying experience, overall, and I'm pretty sure I'd be happy to recommend them to others.
