I had a good experience with Common Sense Inspections. The guy was really nice and it seemed like he knew what he was doing. He carried out a moving inspection for me. Both the inspection process as well as the report he generated was detailed and thorough. They were responsive and the guy showed up on time. Their customer service was nice. Overall, they were professional and efficient.
