Common Sense Inspections did a great job. They were responsive and easy to schedule with. The inspector arrived promptly and worked efficiently to finish the inspection in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I liked that he was hands-on, thorough, and detail-oriented. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful. He gave great recommendations and I am happy with the service. I had no problems with Common Sense Inspections and will use them again if I need to.
