Common Sense Inspections did a mold inspection. The inspector was pretty thorough with checking both the kitchen and bathroom. He checked a few other places as well beyond what I asked for. He checked the air quality too. I got what I needed. This was my first time, but I would call them again if I needed to. The price was fair and he was completely friendly and easy to communicate with.
