Common Sense Inspections came out promptly and did their work. When they were done they sent the report and recommended people to do the job we needed. They pretty much did what they said they were going to do. The inspector very nice and definitely professional. The price was fair. They come out pretty quickly when you call and the apartment association recommends them.
