It was actually my second time using Common Sense Inspections most recently and on both occasions, they provided me with great customer service! They arrived on time, were professional throughout the whole process, and performed some very thorough work. The guy that came out was very precise, he even went above and beyond what I expected him to and for no charge at all. They provided me with an itemized list of everything checked, which was great, and they have really good prices. I would definitely use them again.
