I recently used the services from Common Sense Inspections to have a home inspected and was very pleased with how well the inspection from them went. The people who came out to do the inspection were very friendly and helpful while they were here and were able to find a few small issues I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The only downside of the work that was done by Common Sense Inspections was that the price I was quoted at the beginning was incorrect, and though in the end they did meet me halfway with the price it would have been nice to have the correct price quoted.
