Common Sense Inspections came as a recommendation from a friend in real estate. I had a gas smell problem and so I hired them to come and fix it. First, it took me many times to reach them and make an appointment. Then, when they came, they went to my neighbor's address, not mine. Sam, the lead, came out with a new guy Brian and when I asked them questions, I felt that they were talking down to me. It was Brian who ended up finishing the inspection and I really had doubts about his knowledge of this work. I was sure that the problem was coming from an issue in the basement but he ignored that. He installed a cube on the old stove I had and ended up leaving something behind. They ended up coming on Saturday to retrieve it and I never received the report of the work on the date promised. Instead, they sent it to my friend, mixing him up in all this. Communication overall was very difficult with this company, and the whole experience was just very unprofessional and disorganized. This company needs new customer service staff and to focus on its customer's experiences much more.
