I had an excellent experience with Common Sense Inspections. There was a mold problem (it ended up being not as bad as I thought), and the technician came in and helped look around to give me the results that I was looking for.

That was my first time using them and the staff was very friendly and professional. He gave me advice on ways to prevent the issue from happening in the future. Their explanations and great communication was most appreciated - I like that they kept in touch with me and kept me in the loop about everything.

The pricing was great and definitely fair for the service that they provided. Overall, I would recommend them to future customers. If I ever do end up having a similar problem again, I would definitely go to this company. They are just an awesome company and they provide great results!
