I had a very good experience with Common Sense Inspections. The inspector was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very well spoken. He was clear with his directions on what we needed to do. He wasn't trying to make us spend money for no good reason but he was very thorough to make sure we were safe. Overall I liked him a lot, and I'm a general contractor so I know the business. Their pricing was reasonable and he arrived on time. I would recommend him highly, he did an excellent job.
