I recently used Common Sense Inspections for the first time and it was a really good experience! They did an inspection of my home because after having a carpet cleaned, I was concerned that I might have a mold issue. They inspected it and told me it was not mold. They could have done more tests to find out what it was, but they saved me time and money by telling me not to do further tests and just to go ahead and replace the carpet. It really helped me to save money knowing what I did not have to do. They were on time, friendly, and really respectful of my home. I thought the workers were really nice. Their upfront explanations and honest were really refreshing. They did not do more than was necessary, even though they could have made more money that way. The inspector saved me money and time! They made the process so simple for me and gave me peace of mind.
