I recently used the services from Common Sense Inspections and thought they did a great job with the services we needed. There were no issues with the inspection itself, we had the inspection done because we had a weird smell in the house we were renting, to remedy we had to rip out the subflooring, but found out after that there was no way to remedy the situation. Other than that issue the inspection was great, is excellent to know we don't have any mold in the house, I would definitely use Common Sense Inspections again if needed, and I highly recommend their services.
