I could not have been more satisfied with Samuel Dixon's work! I was really in a time crunch because I was within the final week of closing escrow on a property that I'm buying. Mr. Dixon came out and performed the necessary testing. He made himself available to answer all of my questions. Mr. Dixon never made me feel rushed. Because of his thorough responses to my questions, it was obvious to me that I was working with a true expert in this field!

Because Mr. Dixon knew I was limited on time, he went above and beyond what he was required to do to get my report to me promptly. Additionally, he called and briefed the remediators on my case, prior to them coming out. The beauty of this was they already had knowledge of what to look for when they arrived, saving me and my real estate agent precious time! It also ensured that they reviewed the affected areas thoroughly, before offering an estimate.

It's not often that I can give a completely positive review, but this is one of those times! I hope to never need this type of service again, but if I do, I will call none other than Mr. Dixon at CSI Mold.
