Our family just relocated from Wisconsin and purchased our home here. We had Hixon install two new Carrier Heat Pumps and Air Handlers. The guys were in and out in no time. They were so nice and clean. You would not even known they were here. The other day we woke to No heat upstairs. I called and Phillip came out immediately to resolve the issue. Finding the blower motor on that unit was at fault. He replaced it and we were good to go. Now that's service. Being a contractor for 29 years and seeing good as well as shady heating and air guys in my years, Hixon surpassed all of them.
