Mike was an excellent home inspector. This is the third company I have used in the Charleston area and no doubt outweighs the competition in all areas of expertise in this field of wrk. My uncle Spencer Jarnagin is one of the top 5 licensed home inspectors in North Carolina and he was very impressed by Mike's report. Mike also took about an hour and ahalf to go over entire report after the inspection. He did a wonderful job identifying and clarifying issues that would not have been found if I have not of paid for an inspection. Best piece of advice when purchasing a home or property always have an inspection... Could save you thousands and headaches in the future to be made aware. I highly recommend and will continue to build my business/customer relationship with Mike in the future.
