Mr. Hughes was scheduled to do a inspection on a short sale home.
Michael was very thorough on all areas of the home. Being in construction for 20yrs myself I was impressed with his knowledge on what to look for.
He explained in detail all the things he found along with what he didn't find but what he was looking for while performing the inspection.
One tiny thing he found was investigated in depth by him that resulted in concealed damage. It prevented a "Mini Nightmare" for us.
Needless to say we didn't purchase that house but Michael Hughes is scheduled to inspect our next home we plan to buy. find
