The man who came to clean my windows inside and out did a good job. He was courteous, neat, and thorough. The pricing was confusing, as I had a pricing quote via email, yet when they arrived, the invoice showed higher prices per window number "tier". A phone call to the manager cleared it up, yet when I called in my credit card payment I was asked somewhat rudely "why did you get such a low price?" Not the best customer relations skills there.
