Went to wrong house, could not do on day of appt, had to come another day which was an inconvenience; still waiting on bill resolution; employees on job do not seem to be connected with folks at main office; on site workers hard to communicate and also offered up side job services which seemed quite unprofessional
Disappointing experience overall but Will was great in trying to get it back on track quickly; Still waiting on resolution (have gotten multiple calls and emails but no one seems to know what is going on); Would like to continue to use the service if this get rectified
