The man was there for 20 minutes literally. I know because he called me when he arrived and I said I was on my way home. I arrived 20 minutes later. While my house is not big, there is no way he did my entire house because there would be time involved to move the ladder and get up to the second floor gutters. I was told later after the fact that he took away 10 gallons of leaves. As I was there and saw what he took away...I was lied to. I was also charged for services I did not request. When I complained about it I was told that I really needed what the guy did. Let's face it...the customer is always right is no longer the case. Take your business elsewhere these people are not ethical.
