I needed my house, deck, driveway and garage power washed and my gutters cleaned. I also wanted to get my windows washed including the tracks. I wanted one vendor to handle all of this so I choose Prime Time.

I called and told Valerie what I needed and she talked to the owner and they gave me what sounded like a fantastic price: $750, (not including the tracks, because that would be extra based on number of windows). Awesome, I scheduled the service and then scheduled my plans around that appointment.

Valerie said I'd get an email with the work order description and the pricing. This didn't happen. i did get Prime Time emails related to service advertisement. I know, my word against theirs.
The total came to $840, which I assume accounts for the extra work on the windows. The windows look wonderful, but the power washing not so much.

Next, the work crew showed up 3 hours early! This is not good.

I was at a doctors appointment that I specifically scheduled based on the start time of Prime Time's crew. My wife had to wait until i got home before she could drop our kids off at daycare -- this is a major inconvienence because she had things she needed to do.

Next, the crew didn't know about the gutters or the garage. I called Prime Time to ask and whomever answered the phone said they would contact the guy in charge of the crew and circle back. They never called back. I asked the guy to do my gutters and I'd even pay his quoted $180 for that, but he didn't have the right sized ladder. He promised to come back the following week, but didn't.

I suppose I could call again, but honestly, I don't feel that is my responsibility. It's much easier to try another service next time.
