Window washing was scheduled to happen between 7am and 10am. At 10am no one had arrived so I called. They were delayed because of the morning rain, but would be there by noon, no later. At noon I called when no one had arrived and was told "soon" and I would receive a credit. Washer arrived after 3, I was charged the original quote and he left his pole on our roof, which we discovered quite by accident. I was NEVER called by PrimeTime. We called them about the pole. Horrible service and no follow through after I wrote an email. Received a response to my email when I mentioned that I hadn't received a response when I called about the pole that had been left.
