They came on time and did a quality job, however, when the time came to pay for the cleaning, they did not honor the $40 coupon on their web site... that is automatically built into the price of what they quote you, so it does not matter whether or not you mention the coupon. I called prior to get a quote for the cleaning and they told me it would be $160 ($200 minus $40 coupon). When I was charged for the job, they charged $200 and said that the $40 coupon was already built into that rate.
