We've worked with Prime Time Window Cleaning for a number of years. When they make an appointment they keep it. They also do a good job on the cleaning. There are a couple of issues we've had with them, and why I didn't rate them as a five overall. They don't always bring the equipment they need, even though we ask them to bring their own. They also seem to have a communication problem with their scheduling coordinator. Sometimes my husband and I make an appointment, and get called two or three times after from different staff members trying to schedule us. Overall, they're a good service, and I would recommend them.
