Sales person called with promotion, and ended up with a quote of same price as previous year. I went ahead with service, which was fine, but then was invoiced a higher price than quoted. I mentioned this over the phone and via e mail to Prime Time, and have not heard back from them. Either Prime time is not very honest or their sales and service are not well coordinated.
