Used them before with mixed results. This time, I was assured they would arrive between 8 am and noon. At 4pm, a gentleman showed up and I told him to go away. Prime Time called to beg me to accept serviced citing a longer than expected call before mine. I received no call to substantiate before the arrival of worker. The work itself was done correctly, but not a reliable company.
