I had gutter cleaning done and the tech Ken arrived way early in the morning when I had a 10am appointment. That's fine no problem with prompt service. The value complaint is I have screened gutters and they were very clean even with trees on the property. The tech showed up walked up the ladder looked around cleared a small blockagein one downspout that took 30 seconds. He said that will be $80. That's an ouch $80 for 6 minutes of time that's $15/ min. The tech was super polite. Should have a diagnostic type fee like $50 would not have felt as bad paying for the tech showing up.
