A few months back I had a solicitor from Prime Time call and offer me a special price on my window washing. When the worker showed up after agreeing to the service he had told me that I had about 20 more windows than the last time we had used them. I can assure you that we didn’t install 20 additional windows in our house. I called the office to speak with someone who essentially stroked me of how nice my house looked from Google earth. I needed the service done for a party so I had reluctantly agreed to let them proceed.

Jose was our washer. He was very polite and professional. His attention to detail was outstanding. I just wish I didn’t feel like I was scammed. After researching the company a bit, it sounds like the “we’ll quote you for #’s windows but tell you you’ve got #’s once we arrive” is a common practice.

I won’t make that mistake twice.
