Windows nicely cleaned but price dispute

First, I want to state that the person who came to clean my windows inside and out did a nice job. However, the price that I was quoted on the phone when booking the appointment, was not what I was asked to pay. I needed to call the office to get the price corrected. The same thing happened to me 3 months ago when I had the windows cleaned in April. The office needs to do a better job communicating price with the folks doing the actual cleaning.
