The window washers did not do a good job. My windows are streaked and dotted with water drips. The screens were cleaned while still on the window. You cannot clean screens this way as it does not work. They also cleaned the gutters. I don’t know yet how successful that was. The workers were kind and respectful. I was not going to write a review because I did not want to jeopardize their livelihood. I think the problem is with lack of training and Prime Time’s use of sub contractors. I have used Prime Time 3 or 4 times over the years and each time the process and service is different.
