I was happy with the service the window cleaners provided. My dissatisfaction came about when I received the invoice for payment. It was double the price I was quoted on the phone. I clearly articulated the number of windows, the type of windows (french panes on the top half and clear glass on the bottom half of each window), the doors and how many windows were in each door and the gutters that I needed cleaned. I also told the rep on the phone that I had a coupon for window cleaning and a coupon for gutter cleaning. He said he was making note of the coupons and gave me a price. When I received the invoice, the coupons were not deducted, I received an extra charge per window because of the type of window I had, an extra charge for downspout cleaning -- I was not told there would be an extra charge or even asked if I wanted the downspouts cleaned -- and an extra charge for the windows in the doors. When I questioned these charges the window cleaners did not understand what I was asking and called the office. They put me on the phone with someone that told me I could only use one coupon and who "played dumb" to any quote I had received. This is completely unprofessional and in my opinion, unethical. I feel as if I was quoted one price to get the company on-site. We have used Prime Time Windows in the past at another home and we never had a problem. I would not use them again after this experience.
