my request was for an estimate for window washing, outside only and to have all my screens washed and replaced. the salesman googled my home said he saw it and it would be around $178. we set a date for about a month later and it was a rainy day. the worker came and said. it is going to rain. we set a return visit for a week later. the second worker came with his daughter and said I needed to remove all of the screens (54#). i told her i had explained that i needed the screens removed and washed from the outside. she said they could not. i called the office and another person was set up to come and do as i requested. i waited all day and no one came or called. i called the office and another worker came when i was away and washed only the glass and brushed the screens. he left a bill for $300. i called and said he didn't wash the entire windows and he didn't wash the screens. another worker came and i showed him what i wanted, the office said he'd wash the screens and adjust the bill $50 but not wash the frames and sills and left. i email'd Will but no response...the job was never completed as far as i am concerned. i was told that it would be. all i rec'd was a bill.
