Poor, unorganized customer service
They showed up on Sunday, one day before the appointment, while I was out. When I came back, they left an invoice. I called them back to pay. Later I learned that they overcharged me. I called back, and one said they would refund. It didn't. So I called back again. He said that he saw the earlier note and would leave another note for the owner for the refund. It didn't. I called again. The owner picked up the phone. He said that one of his associates would call me back. He didn't even ask my phone number. I asked whether he had my phone number. He said reluctantly, "760". I said, "No, it begins with 773". He hung up. Despite the fact that they couldn't even keep the appointment, I would have used the service again, but with the customer service and the owner's attitude, I will look somewhere else.
