I have used Primetime a few times to clean my gutters and they do a good job. This time when the workman came out, he asked if I wanted the leaves blown off the roof and that was quite a bit extra. I did it to avoid them getting into the gutters minutes after the cleaning, but I felt that either this possibility of an extra charge should have been mentioned when I scheduled on the phone or should be included in the price originally quoted. My only other beef with them is I have had almost daily calls from salespeople from Primetime since my cleaning and my requests to stop these (since the work has already been done) don't help. It's annoying. They need to fix this in their system.
