I had two employees of prime time show for a job cleaning my gutters. I had been quoted $80.00 for the job. One of the men went up the ladder to the roof and scooped leaf remains while the other tried to extend my hose by pulling it over every plant in my flowerbed. Post my saving a few plants and the water flowing down the gutters I was given a bill for 96.00. The extra it was explained was for spraying down the gutters (with my hose and water) with no notice to me that this would be an extra charge. I think it should have been included as part of my original quote and am feeling ripped off!!!
