Although ultimately the windows came out clean there was a lot of hassle getting to that point. The price at the door was different than quoted on the phone. There were conversations with the owner which reduced the price somewhat but not to it's original point. The window cleaning also took longer than usual since one of the 2 men was being trained. There were significant language barriers although the workers were pleasant.
