I scheduled a gutter cleaning and they didn't come out for a few months and by then it had frozen. I called to explain and they said someone would come out again. They never did, so I didn't pay. I was then told the next summer they would have someone come out again. They did this time and sprayed everything in my gutters with my hose all over my deck (chairs, table, etc) all over my front porch and yard leaving a big nasty, smelly mess that I had to clean up.
