I'm happy with the gutter cleaning, punctuality and friendliness of the employees. However, I have noticed that even though I don't order the downspout cleaning when I set up the appt. the men that come out do it without asking and then will try to charge you for it., Add to that the company calls all the time to reschedule additional appts...even just a week after the actual appt. It's very annoying. I only need the gutters cleaned twice a year.,
