This is the second time I have used Prime Time and unfortunately I will not be using them again. I was very happy with the service the first time, when the windows were completed by one person. This time a crew of 4 - 5 people came. They arrived 40 minutes after the 2 hour window, without any warning that they were running late or an apology when they arrived. They were very rough with the house and ended up pulling a brand new blind completely down. I will say the windows were cleaned extremely well, but the whole process was painful.
