The job was very commendable; my only caveat is that the washers were over an hour late and the office manager seemed perturbed that I had called to ask when I could expect them. Also a few extra costs were incurred for paned windows, which was not explained up front. All in all, the windows were cleaned nicely, but customer service could use a boost.
