Saves THEM money, the older bald fellow who opens the store crosses the street and FILLS TO OVERFLOWING the city trash can at that busy intersection. It's ALL FOR HIM, you see! YOU PAY FOR IT! HE ENJOYS IT. And everyone else's trash goes on the street. These people are parasites. Taking everything they can,, leaving nothing for others. I wouldn't ask these immoral clowns to print anything. When I film the $@!#% unlawfully disposing of his business trash to show the city to get them fined, HE HID FROM ME LIKE A LITTLE GIRL HE KNOWS HE IS DOING WRONG. BUT WON'T STOP UNLESS HE IS FINED.
