We are sorry to see your poor comment and rating. We see that you have been client with us since 2013, returning for routine and medical appointments with your pets. Upon reviewing your records we see we have always partnered with you to give your pets the very best of care. We are unsure of what prompted this negative review as we have a 6 year history of pet care with you. We are a business and we do charge for our services, we are not a free clinic. We are also in the business of caring for and providing the very best of care for your pets, treating them as our own. We would like to recommend you inquire into pet insurance for your pets as this can ease any financial burden caused by taking care of your pets.
