Adele Does Make Excuses; Staff Incompetent; No Medicine for 3 Weeks
My experience was equally poor. It seems after calling and stopping in to get a prescription for my dog, Sonny, for 3 weeks straight, he finally ran out. The staff I dealt with did not seem to care. Adele stated she "spoke" with Allison who said the written rx was not ready for pick up (when I called twice and was told it would be). I offered to wait the whole day for a doctor to get out of emergency on 3/2/18 to provide the script. She said for my pharmacy to fax in the request and Dr. Wrigley would be in and respond on Monday 3/5/18. He was not--he was in a sudden, unforeseen conference for the week?. All the pharmacy staff were out, and my pharmacy was going to cancel the prescription as of 3/13/18 b/c they faxed as per Allison several times w/o a response. Adelle, the manager, does have a lot of excuses, but none of them are very good or can remedy the issue(s). In short, I wouldn't leave my houseplant w/ them, and I'm glad I found out before something happened to my dog-- like insulin shock due to not having a critical medication he can't miss.
