There are two highly rated rug cleaning companies in Whatcom County and I've used the other one, once. Then I hired Steam Sweepers and I will never hire anyone else again. They know the precise science required for both my Oriental rug and my wall-to-wall carpet. Art Thomas trains his people well. They have excellent skills and a professional approach. They care about what they're doing. If a rug isn't done satisfactorily, they'll come back and clean it more thoroughly. No one is as good as Steam Sweepers. In addition to being the best in their field, they are prompt, neat, cheerful and friendly people. Art Thomas is a dedicated owner. I will hire them again.
