Extermco Termite & Pest Control is very easy to work with and they fit you in very quickly. They actually did two different residential properties for us, and will be doing two more. Their staff was very prompt and took care of preventive pest control, as well as an issue that had come up at one of the properties. We thought the price was fair and we haven't had any problems since the service date.
