Ray at Extermco Termite & Pest Control was just so knowledgeable and everything he did comforted us. Even though it was a bad situation, he let us know he would take care of it--and he did awesome. He was on time and knew how to deal with us and knew what was going on and showed us exactly what was wrong.

He wasn't pushy at all, and actually told me to call people and get other estimates if I had to. I didn't have to, because I already knew I was going with Extermco. I had used them for my termite inspection and I will always continue to use them because they are awesome. I went with them because I trusted them. The next day after he was finished, I had questions and he actually answered the phone and answered my questions.
