I was not at happy with Team Electric, Plumbing & Air. We've used them in the past and they've always been okay although somewhat expensive. However, this last time I was very annoyed. We had a simple repair job that needed to be done, an outlet replacement. I was going to do it myself and I had even bought the necessary part. However, my wife preempted me and called them. I was fine with that. However, they were here for like five or ten minutes and they didn't use the part I'd already bought. And for that they charged us in excess of $200. I'm in the service business myself, so I understand how service calls work. $100 or even $150 might be acceptable. But over two hundred dollars isn't okay. I was going to call the owner and complain but my wife didn't want me to do that. She said, We're just not going to use them anymore.
