Tech who CAME today for fall checkup asked for my BOOKLET to find out about my furnace put in last November.
Sorry, but my initial call was to get them.to set up the Wi-Fi thermostat. That's when they reminded me I was due for fall tuneup.
Tech had to read manual to figure out how it operates, said this unit is new to him. Then he didnt have right filter for my unit ( supposed to bring one over weekend) also Didn't vacuum any part of unit, and couldnt set up Wi-Fi on thermostat. Said he's not A PC tech. A total waste of my time as far as I'm concerned. Wish I had better news because install guys were excellent last Nov.
